WHEE~ back from cruise!!! hahas..4D3N..stopped by port klang and langkawi for land tours! will blog day by day ^^ - Day 1 (Weds):reached harbourfront terminal and was like running around level 1 and 2 of harbourfront just to look for guardian to by hair conditioner..then after that boarded SUPERSTAR LIBRA!!! took photo with this penguin mascot though i didnt want to -.- was like grabbed by the penguin -.- nvm..then after that checked in and "toured" the ship cause 1st day nothing to do..so we went to eat tea on the 9th deck..sooooo crowded and noisy!!! urgh and there was like such a long queue and some boy burped in front of me!!! still can smile -.- la..stinko..after that went to check out every individual deck...deck 10 was the highest..nothing much except for a bar and 2 restaurants..deck 9 has pool, cafeteria (for buffet), table tennis, another bar and lickety splits (ice cream booth)..deck 8 just cabins..deck 7 also cabins..deck 6 outside had this "hockey" like thingy but its like shoot the puck to the numbers or something like that, basketball and so-called running track which is actually running around the ship -.-..deck 5 has stardust lounge where they host the shows, galaxy of the stars where most of the arts and craft, game shows and dancing lessons are held, activity centre to rent board games, mahjong (aaron must teach me how to play!!! ^^), books and sports equipment, casinos, internet cafe, photo gallery, souvenier shop and KTV..deck 4 just chinese (ocean palace) and western (four seasons) restaurants and reception..deck 3 and below are just cabins.. xDso after exploring the ship wanted to play table tennis but the 2 available sets of equipment were on loan..so just walked to the stardust lounge and galaxy of the stars to see if any activities and saw some ppl line dancing...so funny to watch hahas xP then the dance instructor was like, "single, single, DORBLE, DORBLE.." LOL! supposed to be DOUBLE -.- nvm..then walked away and asked the person @ activity centre about some game quest thing and it actually was just a sheet of paper for you to guess the location they are talking about..so you're supposed to do it while you are touring the ship and get the staff there to sign -.- so the first one was like, "the place where you shop till you drop"..so DUH its the ship's souvenier shop so went there and it was so retarded! we asked the person to sign and he was like ???? grr..wasted like 15 mins there..then after that for the rest of the questions my mum said fake the signatures ^^ hahas..ghey la..then the so-called prize was 2 wristbands from star cruises..PINK!! whee~ then after that had this stupid mandatory (compulsory) drill which was soooooo RETARDED, GHEY, AND STUPID!! lawls..then went to pool deck to wait for the bbq buffet..while waiting realised the lickety splits was open so bought chocolate ice cream!!! ^^ then i think it was too hard so after he scooped 1 scoop he said it was onli considered half scoop (dun ask me why xD) so he gave another one...so technically i had 2 scoops of ice cream and 2 HOLLOW cones -.- then my mum went to take the bbq stuff while i was trying to finish up the ice cream (one cone was stuck to the tissue paper provided so it was wasted -.-) and she thought onli 3 items but actually you have to enter the noisy cafeteria for more stuff..what kind of bbq la..but it was still kinda nice ^^ loved the desserts =)after a VERI FULL dinner, went to catch the 7.15 show at the stardust lounge xP not bad but we both agreed the dancing part was not realli interesting but the acrobatics performed by the china ppl was AWESOME!!!~ super nice!! the stunts were like, "WOW!!!!!" hahas...the show ended at 8 then went back to cabin to bathe and watched tv while waiting for my hair to dry..super tired bleahs and there's disney channel!!! hahas actually thats the onli nice and worth watching channel xD yup so slept at 9 plus and had to wake up @ 6.30 the next day cause have land tour!!! but i was SOOO NOT used to the bed..its like 3/4 the size of a single-sized bed...and its like so squishy GAHH...but the shower area was worse!! less than 1m square for you to bathe la FTW...the toilet + shower area was onli like the most 2m by 2m?! then it was DAMN FREAKING cold at night so had running nose and i thought it was 6.28 am but it was like 1.48?! (after i lay on the bed for like 20 mins plus before checking the time)..then couldnt stand it so went to adjust the temperature..but woke up again at 4 plus before finally waking up at 6.25 by the wake up call -.-- Day 2 (Thurs):had breakfast at chinese restaurant (standardized set meal) cause sick of oily, western food --> chinese tea, pork congee (porridge), steamed kaya buns, steamed chicken and mushroom dumplings, fried seafood ball, braised chicken/pork (i forgot) in black bean sauce and vietnamese style "popiah"...not bad leh hahahas..then after that went back to cabin to watch tv for half and hour before waiting to assemble at 7.50..boarded the coach at 8 plus...1 hour ride and the tour guide was like blabbing non-stop -.- and we were given like onli 3 hours to shop when the mall is like FREAKING HUGE! like twice the size of vivo?!?! we onli managed to cover 2 and 3 floors thoroughly and zoomed through the top floor and basement lvl..bought lots and lots of nice nice stuff!!! oh and i found this IP zone jacket which my sis has and its super nice!! she bought it at like discount so about 40 bucks but in KL got 50% discount which is like, after converting, is about 20 SGD bucks!! ^^ xD sooo happy!! hahas..bought many earrings and accesories for me and my sis too..the price is like same as SGD but its in ringgit so you divide by 2.3!! hahas..cool right!? oh and i found like cute "poop" (or shit..wateva xD) soft toys and hp keychains which i bought for me and my sis ^^ they're sooo kawaii~ hahas so much to shop but so little time..ohoh and before that went into this uber cute shop!! all the stuff are KAWAII KAWAII KAWAII!!! all the hello kitty stuff and cute soft toys..bought hello kitty mouse (its realli realli nice and PINK! xP) and this hello kitty flip phone keychain for my flip phone!! cool ehs?! hahas..also bought mini bean bags hp holder for me and my sis --> PINK and black ^^ realli realli worth it..its like the prices are same as SGD but in riggit!
then after that went to bread talk to grab a pizza bread and bought malay snacks from a kiosk like booth before boarding the coach and headed back to cruise. the way back was super boring cause the tour guide stopped blabbing -.- which was kinda ironic actually cause it was funny and sometimes interesting yet irritating when she repeats so many times -.- managed to reach the cruise in 1 hour time even thought according to the tour guide its supposedly peak hours.. then it was around 3pm so we headed for the activities at the galaxy of the stars and saw ppl learning how to dance to a song called "I Like It". lyrics were like, "if you're tall or short, i like it. if you're fat and thin, i like it. if you're rich or poor, i like it. i like it, i like it. [chorus] come on everybody, come on everybody. shake it to the left, shake it to the right....." blablabla then the rest about the same but i forgot the last part of the chorus..quite retarded the song -.- anyways, after that was rose making which i totally failed at making it..it was like so frustrating and i tore up so my crepe papers in the process -.-
after like sitting at the galaxy of the stars for abt an hour plus trying to finish up my rose (which i didnt manage to), got damn pissed so went up to pool deck cause mum said there was this "carnival" like thing...supposed to earn rubber bands to redeem "your wonderful starcruises souvenier prizes!" (quote unquote the emcee)...-.- there were like onli 4 games?!?! --> toss the ring (the name tells it all. 2 rings given; 2 successful throws, 2 rubber bands; 1 successful throw, 1 rubber band; 0 successful throws, 0 rubber bands.), over and under (roll 6 balls towards the numbers 1-6 which are not in order and if the sum is less than 15 or more than thirty then you get 1 rubber band. but its like impossible cause the balls have to be rolled AT THE SAME TIME so it depends on your luck -.-), plinko (its like there's this board with many many sticks then you throw the 3 balls down and ALL 3 must enter the "WIN" baskets if not no rubber bands. another luck game -.-) and lastly throw 2 soccer balls and hit down at least 4 cans which are filled with beans or rice to make them heavy..so basically all the games are hard cause in the first place, half are luck game and the other half they make you stand very far back to throw the "projectiles"...my mum managed the plinko one okayy ^^ IMBA MUM hahas xD the rest is like waste time and in the end after the time is up, which is onli 1 hour -.- with long queues -.-, i onli got 3 rubber bands..grrr and you need at least 4 to claim the minimum prize --> some penguin keychain...then my mum saw a broken rubber band so i so-called earned 4 rubber bands...LOLS...but they din realli count la just give everyone the penguin keychain... the prizes are okayy --> 4 rubber bands, penguin keychain; 5 rubber bands, bookmark; 7 rubber bands, IQ puzzle; 10 rubber bands, kungfu cap -.- so diaoz...nvm..
yep then after that 5 plus but had to queue up at western restaurant for dinner...and we mistook the opening time for 6pm instead of 6.30pm..then this ang mor man most probably mistook and kept pestering the person if they could let us in..the person was like, "our staff not yet report! 1 min 1min..." so its like after each min that ang mor guy would go and ask...-.- then finally at 6.10 they said okayy can open so i stood behind that ang mor guy but got told off by this aunty..she was like, "excuse me, we were sitting there for like 1 hour"...wth la..like hu wants to cut your bloddy queue...so just moved back..western food was not bad but had to wait quite awhile for the food to come..i think i onli liked the ice cream and bread part best hahas..appetizer and dessert ^^..
yup then rushed to catch the 7.15 show which featured the crew of the ship!! cool man..it was like dance, song, dance, song before this super gay and gross act..like 2 guys they dressed up as girls..act to the song reflection so 1 fat guy pretended to be ugly and stuff..then the so-called chio one tried to outdo the ugly one by like doing cartwheels -.- and when it could not work "she" stripped!!!! OMGOMGOMG...it was like so gross...urgh guys in bra and undies?!?! and they took off the bra too...urgh..quite disturbing yet funny..ironic..heh ^^..then another segment 3 guys acted as girls..that one was okay except one tried to seduce some raandom ang mor guy!!! ewww...
after show just went back to cabin, talked to my sis in perth, washed up, watch tv and slept.zzz...
